By using VelaFoldAuth or integrating with its API, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to registered VelaFold websites and users who authorize Google integrations through the service.
VelaFoldAuth is an OAuth 2.0 broker that centralizes Google Sign-In, Google Drive backup authorization, and Google Calendar event authorization for registered VelaFold websites. It exchanges short-lived broker codes through authenticated server-to-server requests.
Access to VelaFoldAuth is restricted to websites explicitly registered and approved by VelaFold. Registered websites receive a unique client_key and client_secret. You agree to:

VelaFoldAuth is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance or unexpected outages may temporarily affect the service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service unavailability.
VelaFoldAuth is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VelaFold shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including authentication failures, data loss, or security incidents caused by improper client implementation.
VelaFold reserves the right to revoke access for any client application at any time, with or without notice, particularly in cases of misuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.
